OP-DB8: 8-Axis Ball Diamond Cutting Machine
Our OP-DB8 machine allows you to produce classic Dorika models as well as simple designs. It can process balls ranging from 1.5 mm to 8 mm. The diamond cutting angle and diamond cutting center are fixed.
OP-DB9: 9-Axis Ball Diamond Cutting Machine
The OP-DB9 is designed with a servo-controlled diamond cutting center, allowing you to process oval balls in addition to classic models. It can process balls ranging from 1.5 mm to 8 mm.
OP-DB10: 10-Axis Ball Diamond Cutting Machine
The OP-DB10 allows you to perform diamond cutting on a wide variety of models, including classic, oval, and cube-shaped designs. Since the diamond cutting angle is also servo-controlled, you can create various patterns and designs.
OP-DB11: 11-Axis Ball Diamond Cutting Machine
The OP-DB11 allows you to produce classic models as well as the S-CUT model with a single head, thanks to its servo-controlled diamond cutting center.
OP-DB12: 12-Axis Ball Diamond Cutting Machine
The OP-DB12 allows you to perform dotting and sandblasting processes on your balls using Florentine and sandblasting tools, in addition to producing classic models.
OP-DBC12: 12-Axis CNC Ball Diamond Cutting Machine
With our CNC-controlled, 12-axis machine, there is virtually no limit to the products and designs you can create. Thanks to G-code control, you can produce unique and highly customized models.
