OP-BCF Conveyor Belt Tunnel Furnace Series machines are designed and manufactured for precision annealing, chain soldering, component soldering, and similar processes. Thanks to the built-in ammonia heating tube in our machines, ammonia gas can be introduced into the furnace while propane gas is supplied at the inlets. This reduces the oxygen inside the furnace, allowing you to perform soldering or annealing processes with a bright finish and without darkening or discoloration of your parts. As an option, we also offer customized tunnel furnace production with different belt types.

OP-BCF Mini (2mt) = Our smallest tunnel oven model. It features a single heater and a 45mm belt width.
OP-BCF Normal (3.5mt) = This is our standard tunnel kiln model. It is a single-heater model with an 80mm belt width.
OP-BCF Large (5.5mt) = This is our large tunnel kiln model. It features two heating bands with a width of 80mm each, for preheating and main heating.
OP-BCF2 Normal (3.5mt) = Our machine is controlled by two separate temperature controllers with a double belt system.
OP-BCF2 Large (5.5mt) = Our machine is controlled by two separate heat controllers with a double belt system. Furthermore, each heating element is configured for both preheating and main heating.
